The breakfast was good had variety for you to pick. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. HALLWAYS QUIET GOOD. THE AREA OF THE HOTEL IN GOOD LOCATION. STAFF WAS REALLY FRIENDLY, SWEET AND HELPFUL. I WILL RECOMMEND IT TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I WILL COME BACK. THE STAFF HELPS YOU WITH DIRECTIONS AND RECOMMEND PLACES TO FO NEAR BY THAT WAS REALLY HELPFUL PLIS THEY HAVE FLIERS THAT TELLS YOU MORE.

Super nice bedding very comfy. Some of the staff was great! The others were cordial which is fine. In room electric a/c with both heat and cool function. Lots of outlets. Microwave in the room was great to have and the mini fridge was bigger than I expected it to be. They let me bring my 2 large dogs (under 75lb is the current policy) with a single reasonable fee. Option for suite style access between 2 rooms for larger groups. Waffles at breakfast :) I didn't use the pool but it looked nice. There's a hot tub as well. And a small fitness center. I just saw it through the window but it looked like a smallish room with mostly just a handful of treadmills.

The hotel was super clean, nice, the pool and hot felt great, clean. The beds were super cozy. The staff was excellent! The price was also very nice, this hotel was on the cheaper side, so I was a bit worried of what I was going to get. But I will be staying here again with the family. Location is great, food places and things to do all over.

I must commend your front desk staff for their kindness and professionalism in dealing with our reservation snafu. (I had a confirmation # but did not know it was the booking.com #, not the hotel one, so that took some persistent hunting to clear that up. Somehow there must be some sort of notice of that so that others donate have the same issue). Enough food choices for breakfast, staff was very attentive and kept everything filled always. Like the coffee station being accessible anytime. Staff very friendly and helpful. By the cleanliness and order in the hotel, you can tell they work very hard and keep high standards. Comfortable rooms, nice decor, liked the landscape photos on the walls instead of the usual generic artwork. Everything we could have needed was available in the rooms. Great pillows! Water was nice and hot! Even the stairwells were well-done, spacious, clean and the little curved stairway in the sitting area was cute. Pool/hot tub area great size, Very clean and nice sitting areas there.

The hotel is very clean and updated. Our room looked brand new. The bed was very comfortable and the furniture was very nice. There was a large closet with an ironing board, iron and a hair dryer in the bathroom area. There was also a small coffee machine, microwave and small but roomy refrigerator. There was a dresser and large desk and chair. The light switches are lit so you can locate them easily. We were able to get towels and anything else we needed from housekeeping or the front desk. There are no vending machines on the floors but there are ice machines and snacks for sale in the lobby. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We took advantage of the pool and spa and the included breakfast was great with a large variety of foods and beverages. My husband made several trips to the buffet every morning. We were only about 15-20 minutes from the Falls. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Best customer service I've ever experienced. From an early check-in accomodation to a genuine concern and interest in the quality of our stay, the staff were focused and present at every interaction. The truly nice, kind and authentic people who work there are this modest hotel's greatest asset! =;-{>

The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There were not much noise. Breakfast was good. There were complimentary coffee and juice 24/7. There were enough parking close to the building.

You constantly see people cleaning outside and inside. Housekeeping is responsive and polite.Free breakfast had a variety of items and they made sure that there was enough even when a large tour group showed up for breakfast almost all at the same time. Close to shopping, restaurants and the highway but in a quiet road. Better than the one by the airport.
